What does EDARA do?

EDARA is built to run a development in one system: off-plan pricing and unit sales, reservations and contracts, collections through Wafi escrow, construction tracking, ZATCA e-invoicing, and the files you submit to the government systems.

Can I see the system?

We build EDARA on live projects at our first customer, a Saudi development company owned by one of the founders. Request a demo and we will walk you through it on projects shaped like yours.

Which government systems is it built to integrate with?

EDARA is built to integrate with ZATCA for e-invoicing, Nafath for login, Wathq for commercial-registry and title-deed lookups, Najiz for the title transfer, REGA for off-plan project licensing, Wafi escrow for collections, and Ejar for lease contracts.

How is it priced?

The subscription follows the projects and units you run. Tell us your portfolio size and we quote it.

Is my data safe, and where is it hosted?

EDARA is built to be self-hosted: to run on infrastructure dedicated to your company, with the hosting location agreed with you at setup. It is built to follow Saudi Arabia's PDPL, to verify logins with Nafath, log each action, keep project data separate, and pass government data through as a transaction reference rather than a stored copy of your identity.

Do you replace my accounting system?

EDARA is built to cover a developer's finance: escrow collections, ZATCA e-invoicing, installment billing and vendor payments, on the same record as sales and construction. For many developers that replaces the separate accounting tool. If you keep a dedicated ledger, it is built to sit alongside it.

Is it in Arabic?

Yes. EDARA is built in Arabic, on Saudi business logic, not translated from a global product. English is available too.
