1. Who we are

This policy explains how Edara handles your personal data when you visit our site or send us a request through the contact form on it.

2. Scope

Covers this website. You reach us through the contact form on this site or by email, and we do not provide an operational product through it.

3. Personal data we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, the number of active projects you select, your message, and your optional answer to “How did you hear about us?”.
When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Limited technical data: the site relies on hosting that logs basic operational data (such as IP address and browser type) for operation and security. We currently use no analytics tools or non-essential cookies. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data; please do not send it to us.

4. How we collect it

Directly from you when you contact us, and automatically at a basic level via the site’s hosting infrastructure.

5. Purposes and legal basis

Respond to your request and arrange a walkthrough of the system. Basis: to act on your request, or consent.
Understand where enquiries come from, from your optional answer to “How did you hear about us?”. Basis: consent.
Operate and secure the site. Basis: legitimate interest (no sensitive data). We will not use your data for a materially different purpose without informing you and obtaining consent where required.

6. Marketing communications

We send marketing or awareness messages only after your consent; withdraw anytime via hello@edarahq.com.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site currently uses no analytics tools or non-essential cookies. If we enable any in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where they can identify a visitor, and you can control cookies via your browser.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your data. We may share it, only as necessary, with trusted providers acting on our instructions, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and our email delivery provider (Resend), or where required by law.

9. Transfers outside the Kingdom

The site relies on global hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), and contact form messages are delivered through Resend, so both technical data and the details you send us may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. Where this happens we comply with the PDPL transfer rules (adequate protection or appropriate safeguards, no prejudice to national interests, minimum data).

10. Retention

We keep your contact data until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it, and no longer than 24 months from last contact; then we delete or anonymise it unless legally required to keep it.

11. Security

We take reasonable organisational, administrative, and technical measures. No internet transmission is fully secure. If a breach likely to cause harm occurs, we notify the authority and affected individuals as required.

12. Your rights

Be informed; access and obtain a copy; correct/update/complete; request destruction (deletion); withdraw consent anytime (no effect on prior processing). Exercise via hello@edarahq.com; we respond within 30 days (extendable as permitted).

13. Children’s privacy

Aimed at real-estate development professionals, not children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
