EDARA is built for Saudi real estate developers and no one else. Not for brokers, not for property managers, and not translated from a global product: it is written in Arabic on Saudi business logic and built to integrate with the government stack.

We build it inside a working development company. One of EDARA's founders runs a Saudi development company that is the system's first customer, so off-plan sales, escrow and collections are built against its live projects. That customer is founder-owned, which makes it validation rather than independent proof.

We name no customer we have not signed and no number we have not hit, and we describe the system by what it does.
