Applies to: the Edara website and the contact requests sent through it.

Provided for convenience. In any conflict the Arabic version prevails.

These terms govern your use of the Edara website. Using the site means you accept them in full. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use the site.

1. Definitions

• Edara: the owner of the site, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• The site: the Edara website and all its pages.
• User: anyone who visits or uses the site.
• Contact request: the request you send through the contact form on the site, to see the system or to ask about it.
• Content: everything shown on the site, including text, designs, logos, graphics, and illustrative data.

2. Nature of the site

The site exists to introduce the Edara product and to receive contact requests. It does not provide any operational or paid product or service, and using it creates no contractual obligation to provide a service.

3. Eligibility

You must have full legal capacity and be 18 or older to use the site or send a contact request. If you send one on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to represent it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for its lawful purposes, and not to:

• attempt unauthorised access to the site’s systems or servers;
• disrupt the site’s operation or security, or attempt to breach it;
• copy or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• impersonate any person or entity, or submit false information.

5. Contact requests

Sending a contact request is a request to be contacted, not a contract. We do not guarantee a reply to every request, or any particular timing for contact. Sending one grants you no access to the system and no trial of it. Any future service is subject to a separate agreement made when it becomes available, and that agreement governs the service.

6. Illustrative content

The screens and data shown on the site (such as units, figures, tables, and boards) are illustrative, for demonstration only, and do not represent real data for any project, customer, or transaction.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the site’s content, marks, and designs are owned by or licensed to Edara. The names and logos of government bodies and other third parties mentioned (such as ZATCA, Nafath, Wathq, and Wafi) belong to their owners and are shown for identification only, with no claim of official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Edara is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

10. External links

The site may contain links to other sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version.

13. Termination

We may restrict or suspend your access to the site if you breach these terms, without prior notice where necessary.

14. Governing law, jurisdiction, and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Provided in Arabic and English; the Arabic version prevails in any conflict.
