Do we have to replace our current system?

Not necessarily. EDARA starts from the project and unit record, and the move happens in stages, project by project, instead of stopping operations all at once.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the number of projects and units and on the state of your data today. We set the timeline after a scoping session, and we do not quote one before that.

Which government systems is it built to integrate with?

EDARA is built to integrate with ZATCA for e-invoicing, Nafath for login, Wathq for commercial-registry and title-deed lookups, Najiz for the title transfer, REGA for off-plan project licensing, Wafi escrow for collections, and Ejar for lease contracts.

Is it in Arabic?

Yes. EDARA is built in Arabic, on Saudi business logic, not translated from a global product. English is available too.

How is EDARA different from a general ERP?

A general ERP is configured to fit real estate development after you buy it. EDARA is built on project units, payment plans, escrow and handover as its foundation, not as an add-on.

How is it priced?

The subscription follows the projects and units you run. Tell us your portfolio size and we quote it.
