Collections & Installments
See what is due and what is late.
On an off-plan sale an installment falls due because a stage was approved, not because the calendar moved, so the module reads what is collectable from the plan itself:
Installments are generated from the payment plan attached to the contract.
An installment closes on its own when its collection is matched in the account.
What is late is separated from what is still ahead, and the system prompts before the due date and after it.
Collection is a list you work, not a spreadsheet you rebuild.
