Off-plan selling is licensed under Wafi, so the module holds the project's approved terms, price list and milestone plan in one place and issues every offer from them:

Price lists are built per phase, building and unit type, with uplift by floor, area and aspect.

Payment plans are written as construction stages, not as loose calendar dates.

Offers and reservation orders are issued from the approved list and recorded against the project sales licence and its escrow account.

The off-plan offer is set once, then applied unit by unit.
