Hold a unit and track its contract to signature.

Reservation and contract are states a unit passes through, not documents filed after the fact, so the module governs who may move a unit between them and when a hold expires:

A reservation holds the unit, takes it out of the available list for everyone at once, and records the hold window.

The reservation becomes a contract draft built from the unit, the buyer and the payment plan, with no re-keying.

The contract is tracked from draft to signature, and the signed copy is kept on the unit file.

The unit, the buyer and the contract stay one record.
